How To Focus On Providing Value


Revenue is always going to be a challenge and so if that’s one of those things that does in fact keep small business owners up at night you have to really let go to some extent of all those things that will eat you alive and you have to stay focused on all things that matter - you have to show up you have to keep moving the ball forward you have to keep creating your checklist and checking those things off.

Certainly revenue’s going to be an issue and you’re going to sink or swim whether or not you can actually create but if you focus on worrying about it quite often that will block the actual solution for coming what you have to do is focus on providing value, focus on really understanding what your customers or prospects want and need and if you do that and you do that consistently hopefully the revenue piece will come.
