Those are the folks that are going to go out there and talk about how great you are to their social networks, they’re going to make positive reviews. That’s what’s going to draw in those new customers; when you have customers that are receiving value, that enjoy the process, and that like your people. Those are going to be the people that go out there and actually become your greatest evangelist and ultimately be your greatest source of new business.
