Vancouver was buzzing about The Art of Marketing conference on March 19, 2014. The event returned with a very anticipated line up featuring some of the most well known names in marketing. Along with the excitement brought great conversation via our official hashtag: #TheArtOf . Here is a brief overview of the day:

It wasn’t long before #TheArtOf was trending Canada wide and the conversation continued to flow throughout the day with positive reviews and quotes from our all-star lineup of speakers.

The audience was very excited to hear from marketing guru Seth Godin first thing in the morning. Seth spoke on: Invisible or Remarkable? Tips from his bestselling books. Multiple takeaway quotes were tweeted throughout the day expressing the inspiration Seth shared with our delegates.

Nancy Duarte, bestselling author of Resonate was up next. Nancy spoke on using stories and symbols to create a movement and delivered a very visual talk by pulling examples from famous speeches such as the “I have a dream..” Speech by Martin Luther King Junior.

After lunch bestselling author Mitch Joel took the stage to discuss Ctrl Alt Delete – Reboot Your Business… Your Future Depends on It.

Following Mitch Joel, bestselling author John Jantsch took the stage to discuss How Audience Development, Inbound Selling & Customer Engagement Create Customer Experience:

Brian Wong, Founder & CEO of Kiip from Vancouver took the stage first after the networking break. Brian is one of Forbes 30 under 30 and spoke on how to stop ruining & start rewarding everyday moments.

The highly anticipated Keith Ferrazzi took the stage next to speak on collaboration & innovation for marketing success. The audience loved Keith’s insights on creating and building meaningful relationships in your life:
